Summary

Early 19th century construction designed as the Canal Company offices for the Tavistock Canal. Two storeys, slate hung, the centre block is slightly projecting, the sides were originally lean-tos. Cast iron railings. Later converted into a pair of cottages.

Early 19th century pair designed as one unit. Two storeys slate hung, the ground floor below road level. Hipped slate roof with wide eaves. Centre block, slightly projecting has three windows which are set in three two-storey round-headed recesses. The sides were originally lean-tos (one altered) and have a small casement with segmented heads over a round-headed doorway. Cast iron railings.
