Eighteenth or early 19th century. Corner house to Church Lane. Three storey front with painted slate-hanging to upper storeys. Hipped slate roof. Two sashes. Early 19th century shopfronts facing in both directions, that to West Street having fluted half- round tuscan pilasters. Heavy party wall on right side suggests an older structure. Lower two-storey range along Church Lane elevation.
