Early 19th century detached stuccoed house. Two parallel ranges. Parapet and cornice. Front elevation is of two storeys and has four sashes with glazing bars intact and plain door opening. The side elevations are of stone rubble. The rear elevation has three-storeys owing to hillside position. It has a central raised parapet, two-splayed bays and a later 19th century wooden verandah with balcony.
