Early 19th century. Three-storey two windows front adjoining no 27 and similar in style. Stuccoed. Casement windows. Small shopfront inserted. Included for group value.

Upper floors have casement windows indentical to those on the adjoining property, and the small shop front appears to have been inserted into the recess for the ground floor casement window which presumably also had shutters.
