No 1, Ladwell Square. C18 cottage. Roughcast rubble. Two storeys, asbestos-slate-clad first floor. Two windows. Small casements with glazing bars. Large modern glazed conservatory obscures most of ground floor front. New slate roof with gabled ends. Included for group value.
