Nos 2 and 3, Ladwell Square. Early 18th century. Rendered rubble. Slate roof, low pitched gable front. Three storeys. Two widely spaced windows. Sashes with glazing bars. Two flush panelled doors, glazed top panels. Rendered side stacks. Roughly-hewn heavy ceiling beams.

Pair of houses under a single gable. Early C19. Solid roughcast walls. Slated roof. Large roughcast chimney on each side wall. 3 storeys. 2 widely spaced windows in each storey. Adjacent doorways in centre. 6-panelled doors with knockers; flush panels, but 2 top panels at No 2 and 4 top panels at No 3 now glazed. 8-paned sashes.
