Full description

No 24, North Street. Probably early-19th century, three storey, 1 window, hung slates at 1st floor, painted. Coved eaves. Slate roof. Flush frame sash windows, at 1st and 2nd floors, with glazing bars, 3-light at 1st floor. 19th century wood shop with recessed centre with double doors.

House with shop. C18, remodelled early C19; late C19 shop front. Slate-hung front to upper storeys (probably timber-framed; slates renewed in Delabole in late C20). Slated roof. 3 storeys. 1 window wide. Shop-front flanked by pilasters, above which are carved, bracketed blocks acting as terminals to the blind-case. 2 display windows, canted in centre towards recessed, half-glazed double-doors with moulded bottom panels. Triple-sashed window in second storey; 6 panes in centre, 2 outside. 8-paned sash window in third storey. Coved eaves-cornice.
