Summary

Truelove farmhouse, truelove. Late c16. Stone rubble with granite dressings. Slate roof with hipped and gabled ends, front pitch of roof clad in corrugated plastic. L-shaped on plan. Two storeys. Five window range. Right of centre 2-storeyed gabled porch with roll-moulded 4-centred arch doorway with label. Stopped chamfer 4-centred arch inner doorway. Two, 3 and 4-light hollow-chamfered granite mullion windows with hoodmoulds. Chimneystacks of centre and at rear. Wing to right hand (south-east) forming l-shaped plan, with stone mullion windows and chamfered 4-centred arch doorway. Interior to rear of cross passage, some exposed ceiling beams and blocked granite fireplace in former hall.(doe).
