Full description
Department of Environment, 15/06/1978, Exmouth, 28 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV131898.
Nos 11 and 13 (The Old Manor House), North Street. Probably originally an early 18th century brick house but now with studdoed façade. Band at first floor. Brick gable ends. 2 storeys and dormers. 7 windows, sashes, first floor with glazing bars. Centre door. Given the name, The Old Manor House, in the 19th century.

The Old Manor House may be on the site of the 'mansion house called Hyll alias Rill' bequeathed by John Drake to his wife, Margaret, in 1554-5.
