Full description
Department of Environment, 15/06/1978, Exmouth, 31 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV131898.
Nos 1 and 3 Rolle Road. Early 19th century. Colourwashed stucco façade with eaves band and blocking course. 1 building which has recessed, half-round corners. Slate roof with coped gable ends. 2 storeys, basement and lunette in gable end. 3 windows, sashes with glazing bars. No 1 has later 19th century conservatory at side, steps approach. No 3 has door and window in single storey side outshut.
