Full description
Department of Environment, 15/06/1978, Exmouth, 37 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV131898.
No 44 (South Western Electricity Board), The Strand. Late 18th/early 19th century. Roughcast rendered façade. Tiled roof with bracketed eaves cornice. 3 storeys. 2 windows, sashes with glazing bars. Ground floor has altered earlier 19th century shop front whch retains ionic pilasters (flanking south-western side door) and modillion cornices. Centre recessed shop door and side door with plain rectangular fanlights.
