Full description

Department of Environment, 15/06/1978, Exmouth, 6 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV131898.

No 13, The Beacon. Red brick.3 storeys and basement but top storey added late 19th century. Late 19th century north western bay window, unbarred sashes. Good doorcase with pediment, panelled reveals and radial fanlight remains. Rear facade also altered.
