Department of Environment, 15/06/1978, Exmouth, 6 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV131898.

Nos 15 and 15A, The Beacon. Red brick facade similar to that of No 14. Now divided into 2 houses, slate roof.3 storeys, the top storey with half dormers has been added above heavy modillion eaves cornice. Unbarred sashes, the outer windows of 3 lights, jalousies. Rear elevation altered.
