Child, P., 1995, Re-roofing Works to 19 The Beacon, Exmouth (Correspondence). SDV346921.

Byron Villa is a substantial and conspicuous component of the terrace, which is one of the very best group of buildings in Exmouth. The present, original roof is a double pitched type which would, before the construction of the modern dormers behind the parapet, have been largely obscured from view.
Proposal for new mono-pitched roof.
