Full description

Department of Environment, 15/06/1978, Exmouth, 13 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV131898.

No 13, Bicton Place. Late 18th/early 19th century. Red brick façade. 2 storeys and dormers. 3 windows sashes, generally vertical glazing bars only remain. Tuscan porch. Ealy 19th century round-headed doorcase with reeded pilasters, round arched fanlight and panelled reveals.
