Full description
Department of Environment, 15/06/1978, Exmouth, 14 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV131898.
No 23, Japonica (including flat 2), Bicton Street. Early 19th century. Red brick. Slates. 2 storeys. 3 windows, centre first floor blank, unbarred sashes. Centre door has good gabled open porch of late 19th/early 20th century date. Glazed roof, dentil cornice and pierced and scalloped bargeboards. Curved brackets to posts. 6 panelled door with panelled reveals and round arched fanlight. Eastern round arched door with stuccoed tympanum.
