Full description
Department of Environment, 1973, Great Torrington, 10 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV2214.
Early to mid 19th century with alterations. Bank deeds from 1846, Fox Fowler till 1922. Three storey, three windows, stucco, painted. Second floor cill band, bracket cornice. Flank pilasters at west, rounded corner, east, with entrance. Two windows east are near-flush frame sash with glazing bars and moulded architraves. Three-light sash windows, left with altered glazing bars. One three-light window on return, west with glazing bars and simple case. Somewhat modern treatment to ground floor windows and entrances.
