Full description
Department of Environment, 1973, Great Torrington, 10 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV2214.
Probably early 19th century, three storey, one window, painted plaster front. Two upper floors have Georgian splay bays with three-light sash windows with glazing bars. Ground floor shop has wood splay bay window with flanking doors under continuous fascia, now of modern wood.
