Full description

Department of Environment, 1973, Great Torrington, 19-20 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV2214.

Probably early 18th century altered roughcast cottage, set high above road. Thatch roof with hipped gabled end towards road. Sash window with exposed frames and glazing bars, and wood casement. Trellis porch. Front stone wall cut for wrought spear-head railings and gate.
