Full description
Department of Environment, 1973, Great Torrington, 28 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV2214.
Probably 19th century, two storey, four window front, stippled rendering. Windows with exposed frames and modern sashes. Slate roof. Moulded eaves fascia. Nineteenth century doorway with strip pilasters, pediment on consoles. Ground floor below pavement level.
