Vis=15/8/1984 (griffiths). To w of this ngr the boundary is undefined, following ?an old river course. It rejoins the r mole at ss72422698, but survives as an upstanding feature between c ss72322695 and 72372695, though somewhat affected by the drain which runs to the south, the track to the north and erosion by sheep. An earthen bank 1.5-2m high and up to 2m wide in places, serving at surviving e end as side of drain. On line of ndlr 2b. According to pnd this is also the boundary between witheridge and south molton hundreds.(mawer et al).
