Jubilee memorial, the flexton. Tall brick square column, somewhat in c18 style, to commemorate 1897 jubilee of queen victoria. Stone steps, base, and cap with cornice, surmounted by orb and cross.4 raised brick panels on each side, and on north and south sides stone panels with inscriptions. Cornice has egg and dart bedmould, above frieze with triglyph fluting.(doe).
