Full description

Department of Environment, 1972, Kingsbridge, 8 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV141018.

Built 1820 for retired admiral, square house, two storey, stucco, lined and painted, three first floor sash windows with glazing bars central arched entrance with ornamental radial bar blank fanlight and six-panel door. Verandah with slate curved roof on slender entablature beam and wood doric columns (some replaced) wide eaves soffit. Three window garden return including verandah.
