Full description
Department of Environment, 1973, Northam, 15 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV17982.
Rosehill, Heywood Road.1790, altered, 2 storey stucco house. First floor band. Garden front has 2 later square bay ground floor casements. 1 storey later projecting annexe with pediment and pilasters to entrance. Sash windows with glazing bars and segmental heads. Road front has pedimented tuscan porch and includes painted dummy window and splay ground floor bay. Interior: good ornamental iron balustrade to stair, and shaped brackets. Dated 19/02/1973.
