Probably 18th century altered, brick painted, three storey block, two sash windows at upper floors now with centre glazing bars only. Mid 19th century doorcase with enriched consoles.

House, now used as offices. 1790s painted Flemish bond brick; natural slate roof, gabled at ends; left end stack with brick shaft; cast-iron rainwater goods.
Plan: double-depth plan, one room wide with entrance to right into passage and rear staircase. Kitchen formerly in basement.
Exterior: three storeys and basement. Asymmetrical two-window front with modillion eaves cornice. Probably late 19th century doorcase to ground floor right with round-headed sunk panels and cornice supported on consoles. Four-panel door with plain overlight. Ground floor left is a tripartite sash glazed with two-pane lights; first and second-floor windows are four-pane horned sashes.
Interior: stick baluster stair with mahogany handrail and pendants includes flight down to basement kitchen.
