Possible former bridge toll house thought to have been built in the 19th century for the Tiverton Turnpike Trust. It takes the form of an ornamented, single storey thatched lodge with a prominent thatched porch. There is an eyebrow window over the porch.
It has been suggested that it was a bridge toll house but there is no supporting documentary evidence.
