Probably early 19th century, Gothick-gabled stucco lodge, barge-boards, label moulds. Ground floor small bay with cut-slate pyramidal roof.

Lodge to small country house, and attached gate-piers and gates. Early 19th century. Stucco to front and ends; rubble at rear; dry slate roof with central gable to front, gables with shaped wooden barge boards; rendered central and end stack on left. Gothic style features. Shallow plan, probably two rooms plus old extension at far left.
Exterior: single storey; two-window range with original two-light traceried windows. Central gabled porch with chamfered pointed-arched doorway and pointed-arched lights to returns; door with three vertical panels. Interior: not inspected.
Subsidiary features: four square-on-plan granite ashlar gate-piers with plinths, cornice strings and squat pyramidal caps; cross-braced wooden gates with chamfered and moulded detail, including central quatrefoils to narrower side gates.
