One of four hut circles shown on 19th century map to the east of the track.

(SX 67876825) Hut Circles (NR) (Seven hut-circles shown on 1906 Ordnance Survey map).
(28/06/1977) These huts have been destroyed with the exception of:-
SX 67936827. The fragmentary remains of a Type 2 hut circle. The internal diameter is about 6m, the walls 1.2m wide, and it is on a small, level spur at 305m above OD.
SX 67786827. A Type 2 hut circle with an internal diameter of 8m and walls 1.2m wide. It is in fair condition, situated on a steep, well drained, clitter-strewn slope at 325m above OD.
Surveyed at 1:10000 on PFD.

Hut Circle '4' of approximately 6.0 metres diameter is rather isolated beside the 'track' to the east of the four tinner's pits. About a third of the hut has been destroyed.
