Summary

Previously thought to have been a pillow mound. 2015 survey disproved this; simply an area of raised ground created by the erosion caused by worn routeways on either side of the mound.

9/3/1986 No definite identification as a pillow mound (Greeves, personal comment cited by Belsey).

Possible pillow mound in an area of openworks. The area is overgrown and certain identification is impossible from available photography.
