A hut circle of probable Bronze Age to Iron Age date is identifiable as an earthwork bank under vegetation on aerial photographs of 1946, an arc of stone settings on digital images derived from aerial photographs of 2007 and an earthwork bank and hollow on visualisations derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2017.
The hut circle is located centrally within the enclosed hut circle settlement MDV15287.
The earthworks visible on the lidar derived images form a roughly circular bank 2.5m to 5 wide, defining an oval or sub-rectangular hollow or platform up to approximately 6m across.
A ring of stones and scattered stones visible set within the broad bank might indicate the possible original wall or bank width of circa 1.2m and defining an oval or sub-rectangular hollow or platform up to approximately 6m across.
