Summary

An industrial leat measuring 1.1m wide and 0.5m deep runs parallel to and below the Whiteworks Engine Stream (SX 67 SW 110) and probably also fed waterwheels at Whiteworks Mine. This leat apparently started on Nun's Cross Brook though its course has been obliterated S of SX 61047002. At Whiteworks it has been disturbed by later activity and cannot be traced after SX 61117075.

(08/08/1988) SX 61047001 to SX 61117075. An industrial leat depicted on RCHM APu transcription (1985) measures 1.1m wide and 0.5m deep. It runs parallel to and below the Whiteworks Engine Stream (SX 67 SW 110) and probably also fed waterwheels at Whiteworks Mine. This leat apparently started on Nun's Cross Brook though its course has been obliterated S of SX 61047002. At Whiteworks it has been disturbed by later activity and cannot be traced after SX 61117075.
