SX 65957560. Possible enclosure - elongate. Looks like a possible vegetation mark rather than low banks. Within an area forested in 1954 OS 1:10560 scale. Visible on RAF 1946 aerial photograph.
Royal Commission for the Historical Monuments of England, 1993-1998, Dartmoor Royal Forest Project (Report - Survey). SDV346608.
(26/11/1993) There is no ground evidence to confirm the presence of the feature depicted on the RCHME APU transcription (1985). The area described by the NGR lies at the foot of a steep east-facing slope 300m south west of Laughter Hole House. The ground surface is largely obscured by the brash remaining from the felling of an earlier plantation.
