Full description

Royal Commission on the Historical Monuments of England, 1985, Aerial Photograph Project (Interpretation). SDV319854.

Possible kidney-shaped enclosure comprising a southern bank and a northern curved bank, neither very distinct on the 1980 aerial photograph. Covers an area of 0.25 hectares approximately.

Part of Dartmeet coaxial field system (Northern Part) which was considered for designation as a Scheduled Ancient Monument in 2004. Other details: Site 43.

This site is not marked on the 2005 English Heritage digital survey of the Dartmeet system and also does not feature in Butler’s Atlas for the East of the moor. No further confirmation of this site could be found.
