Enclosure and hut circle. The remains of the walls are approximately 0.3 meters high and are fragmentary, consisting of gorse and turf-covered stones. A possible entrance exists at SX67736398.

Enclosure with one hut circle. East of the enclosures are about six associated fields, each approx 40.0 meters by 15.0 meters east-west, centred at SX67836400.

Pound A has hut circle 1 built into its perimeter. The enclosure is roughly circular with walls 0.5 meters high and 2.0 meters wide which are rather overgrown. The enclosure measures 30.0 meters (north-south) and 43.0 meters (east-west). Other details: Sketch plan included.

The detached northern enclosure at 'Zeal Hill East' with one hut circle on the north-western boundary. The enclosure seems to have had an extension to the east but the walls fade away on the steeper slopes here.

This site was considered for designation as a Scheduled Ancient Monument during the Monument Protection Programme. The programme ended before the entire list of sites was successfully scheduled so this is included on a local list of Nationally Important Sites.
