Chapman, G. M., 1983, Dalwood, A Short History of an East Devon Village, 36-37 (Monograph). SDV351908.

Woodhayes Farm has been somewhat modernised but thick stone walls and old interior timber work indicate that it is much older that it appears. The stonework may have come from Newenham Abbey.
