Farmhouse. Circa late 17th century. Stone rubble. Slate hipped roof. Two storeys. Three window range. Modern metal frame casements. Doorway to left of centre with modern glazed porch. Brick ridge chimney stack off centre left. Lean-to at rear (west).

Interior: baffle entry. Stopped chamfer ceiling beam.
