Full description

Department of Environment, 1984, 62: Part of East Devon, 163 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV326854.

Cottage. Late C18. Rendered stone rubble with thatched hipped roof. Two storeys. Two bay south front with sash windows complete with glazing bars, ground floor right hand later casement. East and west sides have round arched doorways with semi-circular fanlights and panelled doors, the west side has thatched porch. Tall stair window at rear flanked by two symmetrical wings, stone rubble with thatched hipped roofs, one originally the stables. Red brick chimney stacks at centre and over wings.
