Copeland, G. W., 1963, Devonshire Church Houses: Part 4, 141 (Article in Serial). SDV7678.
According to the Rev. H. H. Harvey, the church house stood near the church at the entrance to the present vicarage. Eventually turned into houses for the poor, now disappeared. The church wardens' accounts refer in several places to expenditure for its upkeep.
