Ovoid enclosure visible on aerial photograph.

There is no ground evidence to suggest the presence of the ovoid enclosure depicted on the Royal Commission 1985 aerial photograph transcription.
The grid reference gives lies in an area of long tufty grass and heather and is now occupied by a post and wire fence enclosing a heather growth monitering station reference to the aerial photograph indicates a most dubious vegetation mark (citing Probert, S. A. J., 07/02/1989, Royal Commission on the Historic Monuments in England field investigation).
