Photograph taken on 22nd April 1969.

Three possibly as many as eight, shafts, with spoilheaps covering 0.6 hectares visible on aerial photograph.

A cluster of approximately 16 tin prospecting pits on Quickbeam Hill. The pits are 3 to 5 metres diameter, with a small collar of spoil on the exterior. These features have not been dated but the most likely period for this activity would be post-medieval.
