Two leats visible intersecting at this point (1947 RAF photograph).

Two intersecting leats supplying the tinworkings at Newleycombe Head, Walkhampton visible on the lidar data. Possible faint extension of the northern leat noted to west of tin working remains running roughly east-west, centred at SX 5915 7062.
