Building shown on 19th century map on the north-east side of an irregular shaped enclosure on the east side of the road.

Kent Cottage, The Street. Circa early 19th century. Stone rubble with dressed stone quoins and flat window arches. Steeply pitched asbestos slate roof with gabled ends.

Kent Cottage in Kilmington was Listed on 19th October 1984. Small detached two storey house of three bays built in the early 19th century of stone rubble with dressed stone quoins and flat window arches. The steeply pitched asbestos slate roof has gabled ends. Early 19th century two and three light casements with leaded panes. Central panelled door and 20th century glazed porch. Rendered chimney stack at gable end. One storey hipped lean-to at each end. Other details: LBS Number 88025.
