Brooklands Farmhouse, The Street. Circa 17th century. Stone rubble and cob, rendered above first floor level. Corrugated asbestos and concrete tile roof with gabled and half hipped ends. Two storeys.

Brooklands Farm house in Kilmington was Listed on 19th October 1984. Two storey farmhouse built in the 17th century and divided into two cottages. Built of stone rubble and cob, rendered above first floor level. Under a corrugated asbestos and concrete tile roof with gabled and half hipped ends. Long five window range with19th and 20th century two and three light casements with glazing bars. Ground floor left hand window 17th century, of three lights, with chamfered wooden frame and mullions. 20th century glazed and plank doors with 20th century glazed porches. Rebuilt brick end and ridge stacks. 20th century single storey flat roof rendered extension at east end. Interior: stopped and chamfered and ovolo moulded ceiling beam.
