The remains of two disturbed Bronze Age hut circles. One is single-walled and measures 11 metres in diameter. The other is visible as a levelled platform.

(18/7/1974) A single walled hut circle 11.0m internal diameter with orthostats up to 0.5m high and an entrance in the SE. The hut is in an area of enclosed moorland. Only fragments of associated field walls survive.
Surveyed at 1:2500.

(16/10/1990) SX 6689 8626 and SX 6687 8625. Two disturbed hut circles within enclosed moorland 300m E of Kestor.
SX 6689 8626. The internal and external kerbs so apparent on its near neighbour (SX 68 NE 37) are largely absent from this circle, only a few stones remaining on the SE margin. A slight stoney rim, 0.2m high, marks the edge of the levelled interior measuring 9.5m N-S by 8.4m E-W. An entrance, 1.0m wide, flanked by two massive boulders lies in the SE side.
SX 6687 8625. A levelled platform about 4.5m in diameter with three upright or leaning slabs marking the NW margin. There is no obvious entrance.
Both huts lie within the Shovel Down parallel reave system (SX 68 NW 24), elements of which are visible in the immediate area.

(02/04/1997) At SX 66888625. Stone hut circle forming part of a prehistoric settlement within the Kestor coaxial field system. Diameter 9.6m. Single orthostat + earthwork wall 1m wide, 1.05m high. Door faces 150 degrees and is lined on east-north-east by a 1.05m high edge set orthostat. Grass, gorse and a little bracken.
