Full description
Ordnance Survey, 1904 - 1906, Second Edition Ordnance Survey 25 inch Map (Cartographic). SDV325644.
Milestone ('M.S') marked on 1904-1906 25 inch Ordnance Survey map, on south side of Plymouth and Dartmoor tramway, marked as 'Old Tramway'. Not shown on 1954 6 inch map.

Cylindrical stone with flat top sloping towards the track, the rim of the top is chamfered. Figure '9' cut into the top. On south west side of track. A site visit on 19/03/1986 recorded that the stone had been removed during dumping on the track and is now lying in a ditch at the side of the track.
