Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division, Untitled Source (Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division Card). SDV24.

Vis=3/8/1982 (os) the barrow could not be found in the area indicated and it is probable that it was destroyed by gravel digging, which occurs widely in the vicinity (os).

Vis=1/9/1999 (griffith) site visited in company with forest enterprise, who have planted this area. There is considerable disturbance from gravel digging, but the probable site of the barrow was located. S + e sides look stable, n and w have been scarped by digging. Surviving extent c.20m diam and maybe 2m high. To be safeguarded during forestry operations (griffith).
