Site visit 21st April 1991. A north facing hillslope with a gentle slope into a little saddle, the small ring ditch lies just off the top of the hill on relatively flat ground, the large ring ditch is on the hillslope just above the saddle. Site revisited with F. Griffith on 23rd April 1991. Other details: Photo AB 32, 33.

Rapid examination of aerial photographs suggests the presence of 3 round barrows at SS64210193, SS64230197 and SS64230200. The middle site is the largest at around.40 metres diameter.

The interpretaion of the Devon Aerial Photographs shows three circular features. The most northerly of 25 metres diameter the most southerly of 20 metres diameter and the central one of 40 metres diameter. There are several very small circular features to the east and a linear feature 120 metres long running east to west to the northeast of the largest ring ditch.
