Summary

Remains of a hut circle situated just above the head springs of the Lud Brook. Entrance to the south-east. Small stones remain but no standing stones. The site is grass covered, and the ground is now almost up to the top level of the walls inside the hut. This may be a medieval or post medieval tinner's hut

Visited on 21st January 2021, Surveyed and photographed. Possible building in Lud Brook streamworks: remains of building 3 metres north to south, 3.5 metres east to west defined by tumbled stone bank, 0.6 metres wide, 0.5 metres high, may be a tinner's hut.
