Custom house. Two storey stone rubble 18th century building with gable end slate roof. The north east end to footpath stuccoed with one glazing bar sash window. Six panel door with cornice formerly had royal arms over. First floor to harbour side slate hung and slightly overhanging on plaster cove (doe).
