A dark trapezoidal cropmark, circa 3 metres wide and measuring 80 by 90 metres, is visible on aerial photographs taken between 1984 and 1989. It is very faintly visible as a pale, narrow poorly defined cropmark on aerial photographs taken in 1947. No shadows are visible, as would be expected if earthworks had survived. A gap of circa 9 metres in the south side may be an entrance through an enclosure ditch. On the available evidence this feature is considered likely to be later prehistoric or Roman in date. The available control points for these images were very few, and as a result the transcription is likely to be inaccurate up to circa 4 metres.
